Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Period and Fees

• Rental Length: Your quoted price covers the rental length you book (1–3 days, or 4–7 days). Need it longer? Call or text (970) 405-1645 at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — extra days beyond the booked period are billed at $25 per day.
• Trip Fees: A "dry run" fee of $150 applies if the driver cannot deliver or pick up the dumpster due to obstructions (parked cars, locked gates, overfilled containers, unprepared site).

2. Weight Allowance and Overage

• Included weight: The 15-yard bin includes 2 tons; the 20-yard bin includes 3 tons. Every load is weighed at the disposal facility.
• Overage: Weight over the included allowance is billed at $85 per ton after the weigh-in, charged to the card used at booking.
• Hard limits: Maximum legal load is 5 tons in the 15-yard and 6 tons in the 20-yard. Loads over the legal limit cannot be hauled until material is removed.
• Heavy materials: Concrete, dirt, brick, sod and shingles hit weight limits fast — call first and we'll plan the right bin and load level.

3. Loading Requirements

• Fill line: Debris must stay level with the top rim. Overfilled bins are illegal to transport and can't be picked up until leveled (dry run fee applies).
• Distribution: Spread weight evenly through the container for safe transport.

4. Prohibited Materials

The following cannot go in the bin. If found, they will be removed and disposed of at your expense plus a $200 handling fee per item type:

• Hazardous waste: chemicals, asbestos, pesticides, herbicides, radioactive material.
• Liquids: wet paint, motor oil, fuels, antifreeze.
• Electronics & batteries: TVs, monitors, computers, lithium-ion batteries.
• Specialty items: tires, propane tanks, and appliances containing refrigerants (Freon) need separate handling — text a photo first and we'll quote it.

5. Site Access and Property

• Clearance: Keep at least 22 feet of overhead clearance (power lines, branches) and a clear path for the truck.
• Surfaces: Roll-off trucks and loaded bins are extremely heavy. We place carefully where you point, but the customer is responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, or underground systems (septic/wells). Protective boards are recommended.
• Permits: For street placement, the customer is responsible for any city or HOA permits.
• Don't move the bin: Once placed, the container must not be moved by anyone but us.

6. Liability and Payment

• Ownership of waste: The customer retains title to and liability for all materials until legally disposed of at a licensed facility.
• Payment authorization: By booking, you authorize Dedicated Solutions & More to charge the card on file for weight overages, trip fees, extension days, or prohibited-material fees identified after pickup.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 48+ hours before delivery: full refund.
• Less than 3 hours before the scheduled drop-off (or after the truck is en route): $100 cancellation fee.
• After delivery: no refunds once the dumpster is on site.

Swaps

Filled up before the project's done? Ask for a swap — we haul the full bin and drop an empty one. A swap books as a new rental at the regular rate.
